Michele Cusack is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the State Bar of California. She received her BA from Cornell University and her Juris Doctor with honors from McGeorge School of Law.
Robert Pollak is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the State Bar of California and has completed the California POLST (Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment) training program provided by the Coalition of Compassionate Care of California. He is a well known speaker whose lectures have provided continuing education for CPAs, Registered Investment Advisers, Insurance and Health Care Professionals. He received his BA, Phi Beta Kappa, from University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School where he was a member of the Law Review.
